Terms & Conditions for Gifts
- Gift cards are nonrefundable and should be safeguarded like cash. No replacement or refunds will be given except where required by law.
- Gift cards are for private use only and may not be used for promotional purposes.
- Gift cards are redeemable for stays, services and merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Canyon Ranch applies no fees or service charges for use of gift cards.
- Gift card number is required at time of booking. Gift card must be presented upon arrival; a photocopy is not acceptable.
- As an added measure against fraudulent activity, e-Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient email address provided upon completion of order verification. Please allow 1-3 business days for order verification processing. A confirmation will be sent to the purchaser’s email when processing is complete.
- Canyon Ranch prices are subject to change without notice.
- Guests receiving services and using Canyon Ranch facilities must be age 14 or older and if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Canyon Ranch has various “Experience” gift card products, including Designed Experiences and Spa Days. Designed Experiences are 3-night getaways that include expertly bundled services.
- Gift cards do not expire (with the exception of the “Experience” gifts as noted above) and will remain valid for the underlying purchase value amount.
