Gift card number is required at time of booking. Gift card must be presented upon arrival; a photocopy is not acceptable.
As an added measure against fraudulent activity, e-Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient email address provided upon completion of order verification. Please allow 1-3 business days for order verification processing. A confirmation will be sent to the purchaser’s email when processing is complete.

Guests receiving services and using Canyon Ranch facilities must be age 14 or older and if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Canyon Ranch has various “Experience” gift card products, including Experience Pathways, Spa Days, Pathway Bundles, and Passports. Experience Pathways are 3- to 7-night getaways that include expertly bundled services. Pathway Bundles are sold as a set of 10 or more Experience Pathways and includes a no cost Experience Pathway bonus voucher. “Experience” gift cards are valid for the purchased experience for 18 months from the issue date and then convert to the underlying purchase value amount if not yet redeemed. However, Pathway Bundle bonus gift vouchers expire and do not retain any value 18 months from the issue date if not yet redeemed.
Gift cards do not expire (with the exception of the “Experience” gifts as noted above) and will remain valid for the underlying purchase value amount. Pathway Bundle bonus vouchers expire and do not retain any value 18 months from the issue date if not redeemed prior to the expiration date.
Pathway Bundle bonus gift vouchers follow the same terms and conditions as gift cards except where Pathway Bundle bonus gift vouchers are referenced on this Terms and Conditions page.
When a guest books an Experience Pathway using a gift card or bonus gift voucher, 2 nights of the gift card or voucher value serves as the deposit amount for the booking. Note that the number and selection of services included varies based on the number of nights in a pathway (i.e. a 5-night pathway has fewer services included than a 7-night pathway). There is no forfeiture of deposit for guests who cancel Experience Pathway stays for arrivals prior to August 1, 2021. For guests who cancel within 14 days of arrival for arrivals on and after August 1, 2021, these deposit forfeiture terms below apply:

For guests cancelling a 5- or 7-night booked Experience Pathway gift card stay, the existing gift card will be invalidated due to the cancellation, and a new Experience Pathway gift card will be issued for the value of a revised Experience Pathway stay that will be shortened by 2 nights from the original “Experience” gift card in order to account for the forfeited deposit amount (i.e. 5-night Experience Pathway gift card will be issued to replace the 7-night Experience Pathway gift card, and a 3-night Experience Pathway gift card will be issued to replace the 5-night Experience Pathway gift card). For guests with a 4-night Experience Pathway gift card stay, a cash value gift card will be issued for half of the value of the original 4-night Pathway Experience gift card. For guests with a 3-night Experience Pathway gift card, a cash value gift card will be issued for one-third of the value of the original 3-night Pathway Experience gift card. The replacement cards will have the same issue date as the original gift card.
For guests cancelling an Experience Pathway stay bonus voucher, the original voucher will be invalidated and a new pathway stay bonus voucher will be issued for the value of an Experience Pathway shortened by 2 nights in order to account for the forfeited deposit (i.e. 5-night Experience Pathway gift voucher will be issued in place of a 7-night Experience Pathway gift voucher, and a 3-night Experience Pathway gift voucher will be issued in place of a 5-night Experience Pathway gift voucher). For guests cancelling a 4-night Experience Pathway bonus voucher, a replacement cash value gift voucher will be issued for half of the value of the original gift card in order to account for the forfeited deposit. For guests with a 3-night Experience Pathway voucher, a cash value gift voucher will be issued for one-third of the value of the original gift voucher. The replacement vouchers will have the same issue date as the original gift voucher.
For guests cancelling an Experience Pathway paid with a cash gift card, 2 nights dollar value will be deducted from the gift card to account for the forfeited deposit (i.e. Canyon Ranch will deduct two-seventh of the original booking value from the cash gift card for a 7-night Experience Pathway stay, two-fifth of the original booking from the cash gift card for a 5-night pathway stay, one-half of the original booking from the cash gift card for a 4-night Experience Pathway stay and two-thirds of the original booking from the cash gift card for a 3-night Experience Pathway stay.)

The total amount of Resort Credit Voucher(s) is based on total gift card purchase and not individual gift card amounts. Minimum $500 purchaserequired.

Purchase $500 in gift cards, receive a $75 Resort Credit Voucher, or
Purchase $1000 in gift cards, receive a $150 Resort Credit Voucher, or
For all purchases over $1000 (in increments of $500) you will receive $75 resort credit vouchers for every $500 purchased.

Resort Credit Vouchers are good for stays from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024
Resort Credit Vouchers are valid for an overnight stay in Tucson, Lenox or Woodside (with the exception of Lenox Family Summer Camp) and must be presented at check-in. Blackout dates apply.
Resort Credit Vouchers are transferable, have no cash value, and will not be reissued if lost or if full amount is not used.
Resort Credit Vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs in Fort Worth, TX.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with other vouchers for additional savings.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not used or redeemed during Lenox Family Summer Camp
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with additional service allowance or resort credits outside of Cyber Gift Card Sale.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be used for spa days.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be used for retail purchases or alcohol.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be used for Member, homeowner, or complimentary stays.
