How it Works

How to Give
  • When you buy a gift experience, you have a choice to send it to yourself or directly to the recipient.
  • Depending on the gift type, you can choose the number of nights, season, and property.
  • You have an option to include a personal gift message that will appear on the gift certificate. Or send it to yourself to write the note personally.
  • When you buy multiple quantities of a gift, all of the certificates will be sent to one primary address. Or you can add to cart separately for each unique recipient and address.
How to Redeem
  • Recipients receive a signature Canyon Ranch packaged gift certificate representing the experience.
  • Recipients book their selected Designed Experience, Stay, or other services based on their personal preference and journey.
  • All Designed Experience gift cards should be redeemed within 18 months. After 18 months, the gift card value can be applied toward any current offering. However, bonus vouchers expire 18 months from issue date if not yet redeemed.
  • For a more customized journey, recipients can speak to a Canyon Ranch gifting guide and craft a unique getaway experience.

  • You can purchase multiple quantities and send them to yourself to distribute at will. Or you can add to cart separately for each unique recipient and address. Standard shipping is included. Please contact us after checking out by calling 866-332-4609.

  • Yes, with each gift purchase you have the option of including a gift message, along with the specific “To” and “From” information. This will appear directly on the gift certificate. When you buy multiple quantities of gift cards, you have the option of leaving the optional gift message blank and sending them all to yourself so you can handwrite and tailor the message for each recipient. Alternatively, you can add to cart separately for each unique recipient and address and enter a custom gift message per item.

  • Your experience gift is delivered in our premium gift packaging, fully recyclable and sustainably sourced. It includes a personal gift message (if you choose), a paper (not plastic) gift card representing the gift for both cash value cards and experience gifts, along with a brief overview of the wellness gift and steps on how to redeem.

  • Gift packages will be mailed within 5 days from purchase, and we offer multiple shipping options (standard, expedited, and overnight) during checkout.

    For holiday shipping, order by these deadlines for delivery by 12/25.


    Standard Ground: (5-10 business days): Order by 12/1
    Expedited (2-3 business days); Order by 12/1
    Overnight: (1-2 business days): Order by 12/20

  • Standard domestic shipping (5-7 business days) is included free of charge. International shipping price depends on the location and UPS option that you select. Expedited and Priority Shipping charges are below. For holiday shipping, order by these deadlines for delivery by 12/25.

    Standard Ground: (5-10 business days) Free, order by 12/1
    Expedited (2-3 business days): $25, order by 12/1
    Overnight: (1-2 business days): $35, order by 12/20

  • We offer shipping to Canada and other select countries available during checkout. Should you be interested in shipping directly to a country not listed, please contact us.

  • I lost my card. Can I get a new one reissued?
  • To book a stay or spa day, call us at 866-332-4609 and be ready to share the card number at that time. To redeem a cash value gift card, please call us at 866-202-4965. Your gift card number is required at time of booking.

    Please also bring your gift card, or for e-gift cards, a printed copy of your digital card to show upon arrival; photocopies of physical gift cards are not accepted.

  • Canyon Ranch gift cards or e-gift cards can be used toward all or any part of an all-inclusive stays at our resorts in Tucson, Arizona, and Lenox, Massachusetts, or at our retreat in Woodside, California; a refreshing spa day at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas; and exclusive products at Canyon Ranch retail shops.

  • Your gift package includes a paper gift card that represents your gift, whether cash value or an experience. Please bring this with you and present it upon arrival; photocopies are not acceptable. For e-gift cards, please bring a printed copy of the digital card to show upon arrival.

  • Canyon Ranch cash value gift cards do not expire. They are nonrefundable and should be safeguarded like cash. Experience gifts should be booked within 18 months from the date of issue. After 18 months, the gift converts to the underlying cash value and does not expire. So long as you book within 18 months, you can plan your stay in the future beyond this date.

  • Yes, you are welcome to extend your stay for additional nights and pay the difference based on our per night rate. If you’d like to extend the overall Designed Experience for a longer duration, you can book another stay back to back and add not only nights, but a bundle of additional services and activities that align with your wellness goals and intention.

  • Yes, you can extend your stay or choose another property. Depending on the original gift type and value, you may need to cover the difference in price.

  • Absolutely. Simply let us know the additional people you’d like to include at the time of booking and you can purchase a separate stay for them.

  • Yes, they can be transferred to another recipient. You simply need to pass along the physical gift card that represents the experience. Gift cards are nonrefundable and should be safeguarded like cash.

  • Yes, you can upgrade your room type for an additional fee at the time of booking, prior to arrival by calling Reservations at 866-332-4609, or at check-in.

  • For cash value gift or e-gift cards, you can look up your balance anytime by entering your gift card number here.

  • When you receive your gift, we recommend that you register your card with us here. Please note that all gift cards should be safeguarded like cash. If they are not previously registered, we will not be able to replace them. Canyon Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
