  • How your Service Credit Vouchers arrive:
    • If you purchase physical gift cards, your vouchers will arrive digitally to the sender's email within 3 business days after purchase. 
    • If you purchase e-Gift Card, your vouchers will arrive digitally to the sender's email within 3 business days after purchase. 
    • Bonus vouchers are sent to the sender's email address unless an alternate email address is indicated in the order notes (found in your shopping cart).
    • Depending on the amount of your gift card order, you may receive more than one digital bonus voucher email. You will receive separate vouchers for each type of bonus (retail credit, robe, couples massage) if your order qualifies. 
Recipient
  • Recipient of gift cards can use them at any Canyon Ranch destination, resort or club; on stays, retail or services.

  • Robe vouchers can only be redeemed in person at the Canyon Ranch Shops in Lenox or Tucson for a robe. They cannot be used for other retail or spa purchases.
