2025 Valentine's Gift Card Event Sale Terms & Conditions

Your gift card – as well as the Resort Service vouchers – can be used by the recipient (or by you) for any service or retail purchse at Canyon Ranch® Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Arizona, Lenox, Massachusetts, and Woodside, California. Blackout dates apply.

Resort Service vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Club+Spa in Fort Worth, TX.

Gift cards must be purchased online between January 24 and February 16, 2024.

A minimum $250 gift card purchase is required in order to receive Resort Service Vouchers. Purchases must be made online and gift cards cannot be picked up on property. Total amount of resort credit voucher(s) is based on total gift card purchase and not individual gift card amounts.

Purchase $250 in gift cards, receive a $25 Resort Credit Voucher, or
For all purchases over $250 (in increments of $250) you will receive $25 resort credit vouchers for every $250 purchased.
For all purchases over $500 you will receive one (1) robe credit voucher.
For all purchases over $2,500 you will receive an additional $400 service credit voucher for a couple's massage or other desired spa service (does not apply to purchases made prior to 11/29/24).

A minimum of $500 gift card purchase is required in order to receive one (1) complimentary robe Vouchers. One robe per order unless otherwise noted in the gift details. Robe vouchers must be redeemed at a Canyon Ranch resort destination and will not be mailed to purchaser or recipient. The value of the robe voucher ($129) may only be used to purchase a Canyon Ranch robe, and cannot be used on any other retail purchase.

A minimum of $2,500 gift card purchase is required in order to receive Couple's Massage Service Credit Vouchers. Purchases must be made online and gift cards cannot be picked up on property.

Service and Retail Credit Vouchers will not be granted for gift card purchases prior to 1/24/2025 or after 2/16/2025.

Resort Service Vouchers must be used between February 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Resort Service Vouchers are transferable, have no cash value, and will not be reissued if lost or if full amount is not used.

How your Resort Service and Robe Vouchers arrive:

If you purchased physical gift cards, your voucher will arrive via email to the senders email address within 3 business days. Physical gift cards will be processed within 7 business days.
If you purchased e-Gift Cards, your voucher will be sent in a separate email within 72 hours after purchase

2024 Cyber Bonus Event Terms & Conditions

Service Credit Vouchers can be used by the recipient (or by you) toward all or any part of any service or retail purchase Canyon Ranch® Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Arizona, Lenox, Massachusetts, and Woodside, California.

Resort Credit or Service Credit Vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs in Fort Worth, TX.

RESORT AND SERVICE CREDIT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The total amount of Resort Credit Voucher(s) is based on total gift card purchase and not individual gift card amounts. Minimum $500 purchase required.

Purchase $500 in gift cards, receive a $75 Resort Credit Voucher, or
For all purchases over $1000 (in increments of $500) you will receive $75 resort credit vouchers for every $500 purchased.
For all purchases over $2500 you will receive one (1) $200 service credit voucher.
For all purchases over $5000 made during the Cyber Bonus Event (11/29/24 thru 12/2/24), you will receive additional 10% in service credit vouchers (does not apply to purchases made prior to 11/29/24).

Resort Credit Vouchers are good for stays from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
Resort Credit Vouchers are valid for an overnight stay in Tucson, Lenox or Woodside (with the exception of Lenox Family Summer Camp) and must be presented at check-in. Blackout dates apply.
Service Credit Vouchers can only be used on services and retail purchases at Tucson, Lenox or Woodside resorts.
Credit Vouchers are transferable, have no cash value, and will not be reissued if lost or if full amount is not used.
Credit Vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs in Fort Worth, TX.
Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with other vouchers for additional savings (exception of service credit vouchers awarded during this promotion).
Credit Vouchers may not used or redeemed during Lenox Family Summer Camp
Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with additional service allowance or resort credits outside of Cyber Gift Card Sale.
Credit Vouchers may not be used for spa days.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be used for retail purchases or alcohol.
Credit Vouchers may not be used for Member, homeowner, or complimentary stays.
Free standard ground shipping. Shipping charges will apply for overnight, and 2-day shipments.
