Your gift card – as well as the Resort Credit Vouchers – can be used by the recipient (or by you) toward all or any part of an overnight stay at Canyon Ranch® Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Arizona, Lenox, Massachusetts, and Woodside, California. Blackout dates apply.

Service Credit Vouchers can be used by the recipient (or by you) toward all or any part of any service or retail purchase Canyon Ranch® Wellness Resorts in Tucson, Arizona, Lenox, Massachusetts, and Woodside, California.

Resort Credit or Service Credit Vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs in Fort Worth, TX.

Gift cards must be purchased online between November 15 and December 19, 2024.

A minimum $500 gift card purchase is required in order to receive Resort Credit Vouchers. Purchases must be made online and gift cards cannot be picked up on property.

A minimum of $2,500 gift card purchase is required in order to receive Service Credit Vouchers. Purchases must be made online and gift cards cannot be picked up on property.

Resort and Service Credit Vouchers will not be granted for gift card purchases prior to 11/15/2024 or after 12/19/2025.

Total amount of resort credit voucher(s) issued is based on total gift card purchase and not individual gift card amounts.

How your Resort Credit Vouchers arrive:

If you purchased physical gift cards, your voucher will arrive with your gift. Physical gift cards will be processed within 7 business days.
If you purchased e-Gift Cards, your voucher will be sent in a separate email within 72 hours after purchase

RESORT AND SERVICE CREDIT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The total amount of Resort Credit Voucher(s) is based on total gift card purchase and not individual gift card amounts. Minimum $500 purchase required.

Purchase $500 in gift cards, receive a $75 Resort Credit Voucher, or
For all purchases over $1000 (in increments of $500) you will receive $75 resort credit vouchers for every $500 purchased.
For all purchases over $2500 you will receive one (1) $200 service credit voucher.
For all purchases over $5000 made during the Cyber Bonus Event (11/29/24 thru 12/2/24), you will receive additional 10% in service credit vouchers (does not apply to purchases made prior to 11/29/24).

Resort Credit Vouchers are good for stays from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
Resort Credit Vouchers are valid for an overnight stay in Tucson, Lenox or Woodside (with the exception of Lenox Family Summer Camp) and must be presented at check-in. Blackout dates apply.
Service Credit Vouchers can only be used on services and retail purchases at Tucson, Lenox or Woodside resorts.
Credit Vouchers are transferable, have no cash value, and will not be reissued if lost or if full amount is not used.
Credit Vouchers are not valid at Canyon Ranch spa + fitness in Las Vegas or Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs in Fort Worth, TX.
Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with other vouchers for additional savings (exception of service credit vouchers awarded during this promotion).
Credit Vouchers may not used or redeemed during Lenox Family Summer Camp
Credit Vouchers may not be combined or used with additional service allowance or resort credits outside of Cyber Gift Card Sale.
Credit Vouchers may not be used for spa days.
Resort Credit Vouchers may not be used for retail purchases or alcohol.
Credit Vouchers may not be used for Member, homeowner, or complimentary stays.
Free standard ground shipping. Shipping charges will apply for overnight, and 2-day shipments.
Gift Card orders and vouchers will be fulfilled within 7 business days (excluding holidays)
